Banana Breadpudding

 Ingredients:

Loaf of bread (Sweetbread is great)

2 cup white sugar

tsp Vanilla

TBSP Cinnamon

2 eggs

Once the butter is melting, let the mixture cool down until its warm to the touch.  Once warm, place the two eggs in the mixture and mix. Then FOLD in the bread and mashed bananas until the bread is coated well.  DO NOT OVER MIX.  Just mix until the bread is coated.

Place mixture in a 9X13 pan and let bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.  All done and enjoy some banana breadpudding.  EZ Breezy!
