Easy Chicken Recipe - Cheesy Chicken Cups

Easy Chicken Recipe

Chicken is my favorite thing to prepare, because there are so many ways one can fix an easy chicken dinner. I usually keep frozen chicken breasts in the freezer, because they are so easy to thaw and prepare at the last minute for when unexpected guests arrive or for just a last minute dinner option.

This is an easy chicken recipe, that my husband loves.

It can be used as appetizers, or great for pot luck or carry ins.

My husband just loves them by themselves with a salad on the side.

Cheesy chicken cups, is an easy recipe, that uses many things you may have in your kitchen already.

They taste great and are easy to prepare.

Easy Chicken Recipe

1 (7.5 oz.) can buttermilk biscuits

1 (5 oz.) chicken breast, cooked and diced

1 can cream of chicken soup

2/3 c. shredded cheddar cheese

1 tsp. dried parsley flakes

1/2 tsp. black pepper

Place each biscuit into muffin pan. Press the biscuits on the bottom and up the sides to form cups. In a bowl, combine chicken, soup, cheese, parsley and pepper. Mix well. Spoon evenly into cups. Bake at 400 degrees. for 12 to 15 minutes.

I also add a little bit of cheese on top of each cup. And I boil the chicken breast on the stove (a little more than called for because we like it meaty) then shred the chicken.

You can really taste the pepper in this recipe, so if you do not like to much pepper taste, only add about half of what is called for.

We love this recipe because it is tastey and very quick and easy to prepare, since I usually have most of these ingredients on hand most of the time.

Hope you enjoy this recipe.
