Super Easy Eggs
For me breakfast has to be one of the most diverse meals around. Ranging from the classic oatmeal to the more saucy Hollandaise, it is without question filled with endless possibilities. However, it is also dredged in a monotonous cycle of bland and flavorless dishes that are born of idle hands and a lack of time. But, that can all change when you find the flavors you like in the ingredients you have, most people in that equation have eggs. This dish is fast, basic and bustling with flavor. Enjoy.
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 Tbsp Distilled White Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup Red, Yellow, green Cherry Tomatoes, Sliced in Half
- 1 Medium Sized Sweet Pepper, Julienned
- 3 Cups Water
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- Basil, (Optional)
