How to Make Spinach Dip

This dip recipe is one that the whole family will enjoy.·

Ingredients You Will Need

  • 2 Cups of sour cream·
  • 1/4 Cup green onions
  • 1/4 Cut fresh parsley
  • 1 Cup Mayo
  • 1 PKG onion soup mix
  • 1 Tsp Salad Supreme
  • 1 PKG frozen spinach


  1. Thaw and squeeze as much liquid out of the frozen spinach as possible, then chop again.
  2. Mix well the above ingredients and chill.
  3. Serve in a Hawailian Pita Bread or sourdough bread that is hollowed out.
