Make Easy Low Fat Pizza Recipes that are Dairy Free

Homemade Pizza

You don't have to give up pizza or good taste to eat low fat and dairy free. My grandkids love the meatless pepperoni pizza I make for them. The no cheese fajita pizza is a version of the type served by California pizza which is a family favorite when we eat there. Be careful not to overcook the crust.

No Meat or Dairy

Meatless Pepperoni Pizza

1 can (10-oz.) Pillsbury refrigerated pizza dough*

Olive oil

1 cup spaghetti sauce

1-7 oz. pkg. mozzarella flavored veggie shreds (cheese type)

½ pkg. (4-oz.) meatless pepperoni (try Yves Veggie Cuisine)

Preheat oven 425 degrees.

Spread unbaked pizza dough onto a lightly oiled cookie sheet. Spread spaghetti sauce over dough. Top with veggie shreds and meatless pepperoni. Bake at 425º for 6-8 minutes, until crust is light golden brown. Remove and cool 5 minutes. Serves 3-6. Serve with salad.

** Homemade black refried beans can easily be made overnight or all day cooking on low for 8 or more hours in a crock pot. Use 1 cup of rinsed dry black beans and cover with 2 inches of water. When soft, drain and rinse. Mash.

Great recipes! I am copying them to use soon. I'm always on the lookout for both lowfat, non-dairy and non-meat recipes, and I've made my own pizza version. Yours looks better, so will try it soon. JAYE
