- Frozen raspberries or strawberries
- Canned peaches
- Vanilla Ice Cream
- Quince jelly
- Whipped cream
Add 6 tablespoons of canned peaches syrup and raspberries or strawberries to the quince jelly. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently about 5 minutes. Once ready let it cool in the refrigerator.
In a dessert dish place vanilla scoops, decorate it with peach slices, the cool syrup or Melba and the whipped cream.
