Easy and inexpensive crock pot steak and gravy for dinner!
How to Make Ground Steak and Gravy in a Crock Pot
Ingredients: 4 pounds ground cube steak, thawed, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, 2 soup cans of water
Mix soup and water directly in the crockpot. Add steak, salt and pepper to taste, if you like. Cook on high for 3 hours.
To make a thick gravy, add a cup of milk and a tablespoon of flour into the crock pot the last thirty minute of cook time. Stir well to dissolve flour.
Serves 6 - 8
Need to feed even more people? Cook up some rice and mix it into the steak and gravy in the crock pot. We often serve this over a slice of toast or wrapped in flour tortillas.
