Easy to Make and Prepare Liquor and Wine Mixes and Cocktails Part 1

Americano

½ jig red sweet Vermouth

½ jig Bitter Campari

Steps

Build over ice-filled goblet and top up with soda water. Add a twist of lemon on the drink.

Wine and liquor

Angel Kiss

½ jig Crème de Cacao Brown

½ jig cream

1 pc cherry

Steps

Build over ice-filled goblet and garnish a piece of cherry.

½ oz Bailey’s Irish Cream

½ oz Kahlua

½ oz Grand Marnier

Steps

Build or strain into shooter glass.

BACARDI COCKTAIL

1 Jig Bacardi Rum

2/3 jig Lemon or lime juice

1/5 jig Grenadine Syrup

Steps

Shake and strain into champagne glass. Garnish with a slice of orange and red cherry on the rim.

Banana Daiquiri

1 jig rum

½ Crème de Bananes

½ jig calamansi juice

½ jig syrup

Banana slice

Steps

Blend all ingredients. Then pour into a champagne couppete glass. Garnish with banana with cherry. Serve with a double straw.

Black Russian

1 jig Vodka

½ Kahlua

Steps

Build into an ice filled old-fashioned. Garnish with red cherry on the drink.

Tequila Sunrise

1 jig Tequila

2 dash of calamansi juice

Dash of Worcestershire

Dash of Tabasco

Dash of salt and pepper

Tomato juice

Celery stalk

Steps

Shake all ingredients into salt-rimmed double old-fashioned glass and serve with stirrer, slice lemon and celery stalk.

Change tequila o vodka to be Bloody Mary

Blue Margarita

1 jig Tequila

¾ Blue Curacao

¾ calamansi juice

¼ syrup

Steps

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well then strain into a salt-rimmed Margarita coupette with crushed ice cream then let the lemon slice float and add cherry on the drink.

Brain Hemorrhage

½ jig cointreau

1 jig Bailey’s cream

1 drop of grenadine syrup

Steps

Pour cointreau into martini glass and build Bailey’s in the middle, then drop grenadine.

Braved Bull

1 jig Tequila

½ jig Kahlua

Steps

Build old-fashioned glass with ice. Garnish with cherry on the drink.

Bronx

1 jig Gin

½ jig sweet red Vermouth

½ jig Dry Vermouth

½ jig Orange juice

Steps

Shake and strain into champagne glass

Garnish with slice orange and cherry on the rim.

Butterfly Ice Tea

3 sachet of Lipton Tea

1/3 jig calamansi juice

½ jig syrup

1/3 jig Orange juice

Steps

Shake and strain into Collins glass.

Buck’s Fizz (Mimosa)

3 jig chilled champagne

1 jig orange juice

Steps

Build into champagne flute glass

Bull shot

1 jig vodka

2 jig condense consomm’e or Beef Bouillon

1/5 jig lemon juice, Tabasco sauce, celery stalk, salt and pepper to taste

Steps

Shake and served over ice in a highball glass (in cold weather may be served hot).

Café

¾ jig de menthe white

1 cup hot brewed coffee 2 spoons of whipped cream

½ tbsp grated chocolate

Steps

Pour crème de menthe into Irish tall glass, fill with hot brewed coffee. Carefully pour whipped cream on top and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Serve with long brown sugar.

Champagne Cocktail

2 dashes of angostura bitters over a small sugar cube in the bottom of the glass

3 jig chilled champagne

1/3 jig brandy

Steps

Build in champagne saucer. Garnish with a slice of orange and a cherry on the rim.

Daiquiri

1 jig rum

½ calamansi or lemon juice

½ syrup 1 pc cherry

Steps

Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a pre-chilled champagne glass. Garnish with cherry on the rim.

Dry Manhattan

1 jig Bourbon

¼ jig Dry vermouth

Dash angostura bitters

Steps

Stir and strain into the cocktail glass. Touch of lemon zest.

Dry Martini

1 jig gin

5 drops of dry Vermouth

Steps

Stir or strain into a pre-chilled martini glass. Garnish with green olive on the drink.

Flaming Ferrari

¾ Crème de Menthe green

¾ Crème de cacao white

1 jig Brandy

Steps

Build all ingredients into martini glass. Flame the Brandy by using bar spoon served with straw on the side and napkin.

Flaming Lamborghini

¾ oz Galliano

¾ oz Blue curacao

1 ¾ vodka

Steps

Build all ingredients into martini glass. Flame vodka by using bar spoon served with straw on the side and napkin
