Some good helpful suggestions for people who want to eat healthy at all. I try to keep 2 to 3 cups of fruit daily. In my meal replacement or protein shakes in the mornings, I really enjoy having blueberries or strawberries of a mix of those with some bananas. You talk about filling and healthy! Great job with the information and I'm voting up as useful being well!

This is a very good useful hub. I always make it a point to have some fruit with breakfast. I'll always have a banana with my oatmeal and then either a bowl of mangos or dragon fruit on the side. Fruit in Thailand is so delicious. Voted up and sharing with followers and on Facebook. Also Pinning.

We often start our mornings off with fresh fruit. Sometimes it is just the sliced or cut fruit in a bowl and other times it is combined with other things including yogurt in a smoothie. Sometimes it is the topping over cereal. Eating whole fruit is better for one calorie wise than drinking fruit juice plus you get extra fiber and nutrients. Up and useful votes and will share.
