How to Make My Egg White Omelette with Pico de Gallo and Green Onions
Easy and Low Fat!
Well here is an easy breakfast to make and it's oh so delicious! It's an egg white omelette with pico de gallo (chopped tomatoes, onions, jalapenos and cilantro), green onions, tomatllo chile and hot corn tortillas!
Let's get started:
4 egg whites
1/2 tbls. butter
pico de gallo
green onions, chopped
Heat a non stick skillet over medium heat and add butter. Swirl to cover entire pan. Beat egg whites with a fork and pour into skillet. Spoon in some pico do gallo and begin cooking omelette. Lift sides of cooked egg and allow liquid to cover underneath cooked egg. Cook until done to your liking. Roll out onto plate and serve topped with green onions. I like to serve with fresh tomatillo chile and hot corn tortillas! Delicious!
