My Version of a Energy Boosting Green Smoothie

OK this is very important, if you are new to drinking these healthy green smoothies. Make sure you don't put to many greens in the blender because you will make it taste like Grass. I used about 1 loose cup or spinach and 1 loose cup of Kale. The reason why I bring this up, is because I had a friend make one after seeing my video and she said she used a big handfull of each and it tasted like she was eating grass and didn't like it.

You can play around with the mixture and when you get it right it will taste fruity and it will be simply yummy and I think you will love it.

Ingredients

  • Loose 1 Cup Kale
  • Loose 1 Cup Spinach
  • 1 Slice Lemon
  • 1 Cup Green Tea or Water
  • Half Apple

No Caffeine Version

  1. If you don't want the caffeine that is in the tea, you can use water or cold lemon water in place of the tea and it will be just as good.
  2. If it taste grassy you can add more apple.

Mix is up

The best thing about green smoothies is that you can mix it up! You can add more fruit or veggies to suit your pallet!
