Evening snack recipe: Prawns Fry

In our local market we get prawns for reasonable price. That I consider one advantage of staying closer to Arabian Sea. The small prawns are used in curries as well as fry. The marinated prawns dipped in bason and fried is an attraction for children. If you are searching for an evening snacks recipe, you have come to the right place. Fried prawns, phulka roti and some fruits will make a complete evening food for children. In this part of the country, school timings are from morning till evening. A relaxed meal my children usually take is the evening food.

Hi ethel smith,

It is gramflour. It is a common ingredient of Indian cooking. To make the batter soft, you need to put some oil or butter into the flour while mixing.

Thanks for the visit
