Confessions of a Grilling Novice
I have to confess that I do not know anything about grilling or cooking on a charcoal grill. Our grill would upset the purists who must have mesquite or hickory to smoke...or whatever they do to the meat. We use a gas grill. I love ribs and my brother-in-law, Wayne Kincade has a way with a pig that is out of this world! Wayne lives in the boot heel of Southeast Missouri and is well known for his whole smoked hams with the peach glaze!
Since I know nothing about grilling I get my kicks from watching Bobby Flay do his thing occasionally on Boy Meets Grill. Hope you all enjoy the videos and links. I look forward to reading and learning from everyone else today.
