Drink More Water!
Before you grab that soda and your inner voice whispers, "drink more water," you cringe at the thought, right? Well, there are a few ways to add more flavor and variety to water, naturally. The doctor notes all say we should drink 8 glasses of water a day. That's 2 -24ounce bottles. For some people its no problem but for the rest of us who like flavor it can be a challenge. There is a solution -- make water tasty!
Water is a perfect liquid that incorporates flavor from some of your favorite fruits and herbs. Try mint and basil for example. Mixed in water gives you a cool refreshment with a kick. In my video below I'll show you 4 recipes or tips on how to spice up your water making it more enjoyable to drink. It's all natural!
- 24 ounces Water
- 4 leaves (large) Basil
- 10 leaves (large) Mint
- Tear basil leaves in half but leave large, crumple mint leaves and leave whole.
- Add basil and mint to water bottle and add water. Then shake.
