kelleyward, thank you! I used a pre-made template in iMovie and some keynote - both Apple products. The music is also from the iMovie collection. My niece did the narrating for me. A smoothie on the beach sounds fantastic! Thank you for reading and sharing.

Just Ask Susan, I'm glad you liked the video. It's a smoothie Saturday night for you! I sure hope you enjoy it - we did! Thanks for reading, commenting and sharing. Glad to see you have stopped by.

Miss Olive ~ I love these types of HEALTHY hubs of yours. Awesome! The video is great. The pics are great. The last thing I had in my blender was vanilla ice cream, strawberries and sugar. Oh gosh, certainly not the same thing you do with your blender, ha. Thanks for this great recipe and the variations to consider too. I always forward your hubs like this to my "healthy" sister.

This smoothie sounds so delicious and healthy! I take flax oil tablets as they help with dry eyes. All you ingredients serve an important function in maintaining good health. Useful and awesome!

This sounds like a great way to get my children eating flax oil more willingly. They used to eat it happily when they were younger but now they complain. (That’s teenagers' prerogative I suppose!) I had not thought of adding flax oil to smoothies, and I’m off to make some now!

Thanks for the hub.

Just popping back to say I tried it (minus the mango and wheatgerm because I didn’t have any.) The kids loved it and didn’t notice the flax oil at all. I’ve rated it 5 stars.
