Food Pyramid Diagram

Everyone needs to know about the food pyramid. Learning about it, and following it's guidelines will help you lose wait, and become more muscular. Any adult can use this pyramid as a guide.  Don't forget, servings are listed on the boxes of all food and drink.  Below we have some explanations of how many servings you should ingest in a given day.

Use Sparingly: Fats, oils, and sweets

2 - 3 Servings: Milk, Yogurt, and Cheese Group 

2 - 3 Servings: Meat, Poultry, Fish, Dry Beans, Eggs, and Nuts Group

2 - 4 Servings: Fruit Group

3 - 5 Servings: Vegetable Group

6 - 11 Servings: Bread, Cereal, Rice, Pasta
