Fry Wonton and Wonton Soup
Making Triangular Wanton is simple and easy! This is my personal special ingredient that I made up on my own.
Ingredient:
1lb ground pork
Wonton skin
Chopped union
Garlic
Oyster sauce
Sugar
Black pepper
And vermicelli noodle
First you get a 1lb of ground pork and put it in a bowl.
3 tablespoon of oyster sauce and one tablespoon of sugar
Few black pepper on how much you like
And one bowl of chopped onion. Completely mix these together evenly.
Soak the vermicelli noodle in hot water until it is soft in touch. Cut them in half and after that mix the vermicelli noodle with the ground pork. After the mixture, grab the wonton skin which has already been cut into small squares and fill the wonton skin with a teaspoon of each meat and fold it into a triangular shape. After doing this, grab a pan and fill it with oil and fry it. About 5-10 minute your wonton will be ready for serve. For the dipping, we use the egg roll sauce.
Wonton soup is delicious as well. Using the same ingredient that is listed above to make the wonton except for using vermicelli noodle. Instead of folding it triangular we fold it into a nurse cap. After finish making the wonton, boil some hot water. After the water comes to boil, put in the wonton. After putting in the wonton, add pork soup. Stir it evenly and taste the soup and see exactly how you like it for a taste, if it is sweet add salt, if there is not taste add a pinch of salt and sugar for a good taste. After that you can add mustard leaves.
Grab a bag of rice noodle and soak them in warm water until it is soften. Then grab another pan and boil water and when the water comes to boil, soak the noodle in until cook. Put them in the bowl and add soup on top. Don’t forget to add cilantro for a better taste. Hoy Sin sauce and pepper. If you like, you can add shrimp and crab meat.
