How to Make My Garlic Fried Pork Chops
Pork Chops!
Hi! Here is another one of my favorite recipes - My garlic fried pork chops and are they good? They're great!!!!! I think alot of people never really think about pork chops but they are very economical, a great source of protein and they taste great. My wife actually taught me how to make these and I added the garlic to the recipe. So if everyone is ready let's get started on these!

My Garlic Fried Pork Chops
6 pork chops
Mustard
Garlic salt and black pepper, to taste
2 tbsp. cooking oil
Place one pork chop on a plate and spread a little mustard on it. Sprinkle on a little garlic salt and lots of black pepper. Top with another pork chop continuing with mustard and seasonings for each chop until all are seasoned. You will have a stack of seasoned pork chops. Cover with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for a couple of hours to marinate.
Heat cooking oil in a lrge skillet over medium high heat. Add in chops and fry until browned and done, turning as needed. Drain on paper towels.
I like to serve these with fresh sliced tomatoes, white onions and jalapenos on top of each chop. Also I served these particular ones with mashed potatoes, buttered peas and carrots, hot corn tortillas and my homemade tomatillo chile (hot sauce). My wife and I tear the meat from the chops, place in a tortilla, add some tomato, onion, jalapeno and tomatillo chile and eat it like a taco. I learned this from her and they are great this way!
You could serve these with whatever vegetables or sides you want! No rules here other than to have fun and enjoy the results of your cooking! Enjoy!
