Ingredients of Green Peas and Onion Soup
- ½ Cup cooked Green Peas
- ½ Cup thinly sliced Onions
- 2 Cloves
- 1 small piece of Cinnamon
- 100 grams fresh cream
Method of Preparation
Melt Butter in a thick bottomed Pan and sauté onions till soft along with cloves and cinnamon. Add green peas and cook for another 5 minutes. Remove the cloves and cinnamon piece and run the ingredients in a mixer. Place this puree on fire and add water, salt and pepper and bring to boil. Remove from fire and serve hot in soup bowl after decorating with fresh cream on top.
