Ingredients

  • 250 GRAMS OATS
  • 175 GRAMS CURD ( YOGURT)
  • 2 GREEN CHILLES
  • 1 ONION
  • 1/2 PIECE GINGER
  • 1 TEASPOON SALT
  • 1 TBSP GHEE, BUTTER OR OIL

METHOD

  1. CHOP THE ONION, CHILLIES AND GINGER FINELY. PUT OATS IN A MIXING BOWL, ADD CHOPPED SPICES, SALT AND CURD AND MIX INTO A THICK DOUGH.
  2. HEAT AN IRON PLATE OR A NON STICK PAN AND GREASE THE SURFACE WITH A SPOONFUL OF OIL OR GHEE. tAKE A TABLESPOON OF THE OATS MIXTURE AND SPREAD ON THE SURFACE OF THE PAN TO MAKE A THIN PANCAKE. ADD A LITTLE MORE GHEE, TURN THE DOSA OVER AND FRY ON THE OTHER SIDE TILL IT TURNS GOLDEN BROWN. sERVE HOT WITH A CURRY OR PICKES.
