German nutritionists did a lot of researches in food nutrition and they came up with a list of the main healthy foods which protect the vital human organs. The list was published in the Bild newspaper in Germany. It is recommended that the fruit and vegetables to be consumed fresh in order to get the most benefits from them.

The fresh, home grown fruits and vegetables will result in a lower risk of cancers and chronic diseases. It also promotes healthy aging, higher energy levels, better vision and feeling good symptom.


For skin and hair


It has few calories and it is excellent fruit for maintaining the skin healthy and firm due to the amount of Vitamin A it contains.


It contains high % of vitamin A which helps in maintaining healthy skin and teeth.


Wheat contains calcium, saturated fatty acids and silicon dioxide, all contributing to the good health of skin, hair and nails.


It is used in soups and stews. Barley contains several vitamins and minerals: Vitamin B3, Vitamin B1, selenium, iron, zinc, phosphorus, copper, and magnesium which revitalize the skin.


Thyme cleanses the body and gives the skin its healthy look.


It rejuvenates the hair, skin and nails due to the potassium, calcium, magnesium and phosphorus it contains. In its row form,


The Mustard Oil is very good in the treatment of damaged and dry hair. It helps hair growth and prevents hair loss. It will delay hair from going grey if it is used regularly. Mustard Oil is useful in the prevention of scalp infections as well.

For kidney

The best foods for healthy kidneys are those with a high level of water content, such as grapefruit, oranges, grapes, watermelon and the like.

Grapefruit and oranges have the ability to prevent recurrence of calcium oxalate kidney stones.


Cabbage contains vitamins K, B and C. It is high in fiber and is a source of folic acid. It has low content of potassium and therefore promotes healthy kidneys.

Onions and Garlic

Onions and garlic provide protective benefits to kidneys by helping to reduce the damaging effects of toxins.

Cranberry Juice

Cranberry juice prevents kidney stone formation. The use of this juice can decrease levels of oxalate and phosphate, two components of kidney stones and increased levels of citric acid.

Rockmelon is regulating heart beat and it prevents strokes.


The Salmon is a good source of protein and contains omega-3 acids which are very healthy for a good heat function.


Blueberries contain fiber and vitamin C, ingredients necessary for healthy heart. You should eat them regularly in order to maintain a healthy diet.

The Cantaloupe is a variety of Cucumis melo which includes any orange-fleshed melon. In other word, it is just another name for melon.
