  • Heat a glass of water in a pan.
  • Slot in a skewer in the lobster tails before steaming them. This is done so that the lobster tails do not get distorted.
  • Sprinkle some salt on them.
  • Keep them in a steaming tray, place the tray inside the pan and cover it with lid.
  • Steam them for 10 minutes.
  • Remove the tails from pan and serve hot with mayonnaise or sauce.

  • Remove the tails from pan.
