  • Yields: Serves 4-6 or more / Serve Immedietly

Ingredients



  • 1 Pound of Smoked Salmon (alder smoked)
  • 6 tablespoons of fresh butter
  • 1/2 cup of minced celery
  • 3 tablespoons of capers ( rinsed and drained)
  • 3 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp of black pepper or red cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea-salt




Instructions



  • Take your smoked salmon and remove the skin and bones from the fillet.
  • Flake the salmon to little shreds inside of bowl
  • add your fresh butter (melted until it is well coated in the salmon)
  • Add your celery, capers, dill, fresh lemon, salt and pepper
  • This will Not be blended in a food processor but rather crumbled. This will have a great crumbled look and makes an excellent dip/appetizer and tastes wonderful!

My aunt would buy me smoke salmon dips from Whole Foods. I will try this recipe and let you know how it turned out. I have everything except for capers.
