Ingredients For Stuffed Anaheim Grilled Peppers

  • Amount Per 2 package, large Cream Cheese, The Cream Cheese Will Go Inside The Pepper.
  • 1- cup Sharp shredded cheese, Add To The Cream Cheese
  • Two Tablespoons Lemon Pepper, Sprinkle On Top Of The Cream Cheese Stuffing.
  • 1-large Tomato, Chop And Add To The Cream Cheese Stuffing
  • Lightly Spray Cooking Spray, To Prevent Peppers From Sticking To The Pan
  • 12 Anaheim Peppers, Slit Down The Middle And Stuff

Stuffed Anaheim Grilled Peppers

  1. Preheat Oven 350 degrees.
  2. Wash The Peppers Slit open The Peppers Down The Middle And wash out the seeds
  3. Mix ingredients Together.
  4. Stuff The Peppers.
  5. Most important, you will need a grill, the Dyna-Glo DGE Series Grill, 5 Burner, Bronze Is a nice grill. However any grill will do. Place Peppers On The Grill until Roasted.
  6. Once you remove peppers from grill place in the oven for 30-minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top and serve.

We just call those Chile Rellenos. Different from the casserole and probably Sonoran in origin as opposed to Baja. Yum yum you made me hungry
