Delicious Aloo Paratha

Ingredients :

- 3 potatoes

- 2 to 3 chopped green chillies (as per taste)

- 2 tbs ginger paste

- few chopped coriander leaves

- 2 tbs red chilli powder

- 1 chopped onion

- salt to taste

- garam masala as per taste

- wheat flour to make dough

- oil or butter (as per your choice)

Preparation :

1) To make dough take wheat flour, salt and water as much needed to make soft and smooth dough.

2) Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and mix it well.

3) Heat oil in a kadai and add the stuffing to oil and mix well.

4) Take 2 medium size balls and make chapati with the rolling pin.

5) Add the filling to the one chapati and cover it with the other chapati and roll it slightly.

6) Heat the pan, pour oil or butter over medium flame.

7) Spread it on the paratha and fry over medium flame.

8) Turn it and again pour butter or oil on the other side of the paratha.

9) Cook till it turns in golden color.

10 Serve hot aloo paratha with yogurt or pickle.

11) Enjoy eating paratha even with hot tea.
