3 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
garlic powder
French bread, cut into 8 slices (Foccacia bread is delicious, too!)
butter
Mix the softened cream cheese and mozzarella together until smooth in a
bowl.
Butter the slices of bread. Spread the mixture on half of the French

with the other slices.
Put the bread into a skillet on medium heat, buttered side down. Brown
on both sides, until cheese melts and bread is browned, about 10
minutes.
These are really good dunked in warmed pizza sauce or marinara sauce! Or
try adding sliced tomatoes. Also, try other cheeses. Cheddar is pretty
good.
