How to Make Oven Fried Chicken

Sometimes when people decide to make fried chicken, they are intimidated. Making fried chicken is actually quite easy if you find the right recipe. There are many different ways to make it, but I prefer using Bisquick. You only need a few ingredients and it is very difficult to screw up.

You need about 2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breast, 2 eggs, salt, pepper, paprika and of course, Bisquick.

Begin by pre-heating your oven to 425 degrees. Next, you will want to put all of your ingredients out on the counter. Mix 2/3 cups of Bisquick, 1 1/4 teaspoons of salt, 1 teaspoon of pepper and 1 1/4 teaspoons of paprika in a bowl. Next, beat two eggs in a small bowl.

Prepare your chicken by first dipping each piece in the egg mixture, then by dipping them in the Bisquick.

Coat your baking dish with oil and place your chicken in the baking dish and bake uncovered for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, flip your chicken over and bake for an additional 20 minutes.

Keep in mind that all ovens vary, so you might need to cook your chicken a few minutes less or a few minutes longer. Always make sure to cook it until it is no longer pink inside.

Enjoy!
