How to bake/make Triple Chocolate Cheesecake: Cheesecake Recipe
Creamy Triple Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe
Triple chocolate cheesecake is a truly delicious dessert. It's rich, creamy, and chocolate-filled and not only does it taste mouth-watering, it looks absolutely ravishing ! I'm a big fan of both cheesecake and chocolate, so I highly recommend it to any other cheesecake lovers out there. Both cheesecake and chocolate are something I try to cut back on, but since this cake gives me both and the taste is worth it, I couldn't help myself. It's a great cake for after-dinner dessert, picnics, or when you have guests. I got the recipe from a friend after trying it at her house, you can substitute the semi-sweet chocolate chips with any kind you prefer like white chocolate.
1 1/2 cup chocolate wafer crumbs
2 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp melted butter (or margarine)
Directions for crust: Combine all three ingredients. Mix evenly. Then spread the mixture evenly on the inside of a springform pan and place it in the fridge.
6 oz ricotta cheese
10 oz 2% cottage cheese
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup sifted unsweeted cocoa powder
1 Tbsp all- purpose flour
1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (or any you prefer like white chocolate)
Directions for filling: Inside of a food processor or blender, combine the first five filling ingredients until they are smooth and well blended. Then add the next two ingredients until blended, afterward stir in the chocolate chips . Now take the crust out of the fridge and pour the filling into the pan. Bake for 30 minutes, and while it's baking you can start on the topping.
1 cup light sour cream
3 Tbsp granulated sugar
1 Tsp vanilla extract
2 Tsp cocoa powder
Directions for the topping: Mix all the topping ingredients, and when the cheesecake is ready pour the topping over it. Bake for another 10 minutes. Then after cooled down place it in the fridge for another 3 hours until it sets. When set, release from springform pan carefully and enjoy eating !
