How To Make Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers
- Fresh Jalapenos
- Cream Cheese (Room Temperature)
- lil Sausages (optional)
- Wash Jalapenos
- Cut off stem and slice once lengthwise creating 2 halves
- Use a spoon and clean out the ribs and seeds (that is where the heat is)
- Place lil sausage in each halve of jalapeno
Jalapeno and lil sausage
Place on a grill with indirect heat around 350 degrees until bacon is crispy.
Well, that is it. Just thought I would share this one with you. We have done it a number of times in my house and it is always well liked. Try changing the meat to taco meat, pulled pork or just bacon wrapped jalapeno with cream cheese. (all are good)
