HOW TO MAKE INDIAN DIMSUMS

INGREDIENTS

A1.ONE CUP WHEAT FLOUR

A2.ONE EGG

A3. A LITTLE WATER AND A PINCH OF SALT

A4.MINCED RAW CHICKEN MEAT ONE CUP

A5. TWO LARGE CHOPPED RED ONIONS

A6.SIX CLOVES OF GARLIC FINELY CHOPPED

A7. A LARGE GREEN CHILLY FINE CHOPPED .

A8. A LITTLE GRATED GINGER.

METHOD

1. KNEAD THE FLOUR WITH EGG AND WATER,LEAVE COVERED FOR AN HOUR.

2.TO THE MINCED MEAT ADD SALT TO TASTE,GRATED GINGER,CHOPPED ONIONS, AND GREEN CHILLIES.

3ROLL OUT SMALL CHAPATIS OF THE KNEADED FLOUR PUT A LITTLE MEAT IN IT AND SEAL.

4. PUT THE DIMSUM DISH ON THE GAS ,PLACE THE DIMSUMS INTO THE TRAYS ,(OIL THE TRAYS THIS PREVENTS STICKING)

5. STEAM ON HIGH FLAME FOR HALF AN HOUR
