Island Teriyaki Sauce

A Sauce that can define what the Hawaiian islands and the Far East truly means, that just can't happen right...well it can. Simply follow this recipe for a delicious sauce that brings salty and sweet with a taste of heaven.
1 1/2 cups soy sauce
1 cup water
1 cup sugar (1/2 cup Dark Brown Sugar, 1/2 cup White Super Fine Sugar)
1/4 cup Pineapple Juice
1oz Ginger (Powdered)
10 pineapple slices
1) In a pot, set to low heat, adding all ingredients, let simmer for 20 minutes.
2) Take off heat, and place in colinder, sifting the pineapples from sauce.
3) Place in suitable container, let cool for 1 hour. Let Marinate for at least 2 days before serving.
