Matzo Cracker for S'mores
Matzo Cracker for S'mores

Jewish S'mores - A Kosher Treat!

During Passover, also known as the Pesach, quite a few grocery stores will begin carrying matzo (matzah, matza, matzoh), an unleavened kosher cracker!  Here is my recipe for Matzo S'mores!

Matzo S'mores Recipe

Matzo S'more Ingredients:

  • Matzo
  • Chocolate Bar
  • Marshmallows

  1. Roast a marshmallow over fire.
  2. Place the roasted marshmallow and a square of chocolate between two pieces of matzo.
  3. Enjoy!!

Enjoy your Jewish S'mores!!  This is what Moses ate while he was atop Mt. Sinai for 40 days!

Well. At least it sounds a little better than some of the other crazy recipes I have seen online...I'd prefer to stick to the original horseradish on my matzo.

I have a much better recipe that I created for Passover Smores. Melt choc chips over a double boiler. Roast a marshmallow on a fork over the the burner. Smear the melted choc on the inside of two passover lady fingers. Stick the marshmallow between the two cookies. Delicious, easy, and even Non-Gebroks (no matzomeal or wet matzo) for those who have that custom!

Sounds pretty cool...Now if I only liked marshmellows. Glad you shared it though.
