Low Sodium Diabetic recipe - Zucchini cabbage soup:
- Cabbage -1/2 medium diced
- Garlic - 1 clove minced
- Black pepper = 1/2 teaspoon
- Dried basil - 1/4 teaspoon
- Tomato paste - 2 tablespoon
- Carrots - 1/2 cup
- Spinach - 1 cup
- Sodium free salt - 1 teaspoon
- Weight watchers chicken soup - 12 ounce can
How to make zucchini cabbage soup:

- Olive oil - 2 tsp
- Sodium free salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Pepper - 1/8 teaspoon
- Chicken breast halves - 4
Spinach stuffed chicken breasts:
Combine the spinach, cheese and seasonings in a mixing bowl. Lift up the skin from chicken breasts and stuff the spinach and cheese stuffing. Coat with olive oil and bake at 325 degree for 45 minutes. Spinach stuffed chicken breasts is ready.
