I simply take some fresh mangoes from the tree (I have four of them) and after washing and peeling, cutting in pieces put them in the shaker, some sugar a lot of squash made of roses some ice, nothing like this great drink in this weather.

I stopped eating fruits because of the quality. Green and shelf ripen. But I will try again following your recipe.

Thanks for sharing.

Thanks Tkumah for your interest in my recipe. Although raw fruit is always better to eat but if there is any problem of quality you can take it with some other ingredients to compensate its shortcomings!

Mango lassi is my absolute favorite! I lived in southeast Asia for a year and had many mango shakes. They're the best.
