Yummy Marble Cake - Recipe from scratch
Ingredients
1. Maida 2 ¼ Cup (335gms)
2. Baking Powder 4 ½ Teaspoon
3. Egg 3 No(s)
4. Powdered Sugar 1 ½ Cup (275gms)
5. Milk ¾ Cup
6. Butter 250gms
7. Coco powder 2 Tablespoon
8. Vanilla Essence 1 Teaspoon
Preparation(try to follow exact measurement and exact steps to get the correct result)
1. Mix Powdered Sugar and Butter
2. Add Egg
3. Add Maida and Baking Powder ( make sure both are mixed properly; mix both by passing the powders via a sieve several times and later add it to the cake mix)
4. Add Milk
5. Add Essence
6. Now divide the mix into 2 equal parts
7. Mix Coco powder with Milk and add it to one set of Mix
8. Now in the cake baking bowl – add the plane mix
9. Then slowly add the coco based mix on the top of the first mix
10. Using a fork or something just go through the bowl, so that penetration of coco mix is helped till the bottom...
11. Pre heat the oven to 160 degree
12. Then bake the mix for 1 hour
