Mexican Chicken and Noodles
Dinner for Two at Big Pine Lodge
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Spray Pam on the bottom and sides of 2 quart casserole dish and add:
1 1/4 cup hot water and 1 tblsp. Taco seasoning mix
2 tblsp. melted butter
2 cups dry noodles
Place two boneless, skinless chicken breasts on top and cover with Campbell's Fiesta Nacho Soup, spooning carefully to cover completely
Bake covered for 40 minutes, uncover and sprinkle top with crushed tostitos (and grated cheddar cheese if desired) and bake 10 more minutes.
