The Dangers of processed Milk
Milk from a cow must have a bad rap today, because there's a great deal of talk about how bad cow milk is for your health. Those who've been vegetarian, and vegan for many years have practiced the drinking of non-dairy milk products such as soy milk, almond milk, and nut derivatives, and they even have coconut milk today.
Who would have thought all these years that something that's been sold to consumers world wide such as dairy milk, or cheese which come from cows as well, would someday turn out to be harmful to a humans health.
I never could of dreamed of such a thing, and ever since I were young my mom feed us pasteurized whole cow milk. I also discovered that skim milk from the cow is bad for your digestive system as well.
The dangers of raw animal milk is far worse then pasteurized
So why is this?
Well it turns out that it's not such a mystery after all, the only thing is that, Doctors never suggested to our families in America, and many other families worldwide, that the drinking of animal milk is harmful, especially when processed & pasteurized.
The question to be asked is why again? Why, Why, Why?
The stores will simply keep serving us the obvious poisons if we continue to aimlessly purchase, and follow their faulty practices, in the laboratory and food processing plants or factories. (Cooking of milk to high temperatures destroys everything natural in it, no matter if it kills bacteria, your losing essential nutrients as well, plus they add hormones, GMO's and loads more toxic chemicals to pasteurized milk.)
It all boils down to simple chemistry, and bodily PH levels. Milk actually gives off a acid known as lactic acid and once we drink it, then our stomachs begin to digest it. After the milk is broken down into lesser molecules, during cellular absorption in the stomach & it gets metabolized, one of the end products is lactic acid (Which is said to be good by raw milk advocates as a sort of probiotic when unpasteurized, but I stay away from it all myself). This simply adds to the stomach acid you already have, that originally is there to break down the foods, and substances you ingest, using gastric acid (composed of HCl & ph of 1.5-3.0).
According to the FDA, raw milk is harmful to us as well, and due to pathogens, or also known as bacteria such as E-coli and Listeria. Either way to be safer then sorry, its most certainly better to avoid drinking any animal milk products period, because when humans get to handling things they can add anything the like, and also neglect to take care of their livestock as well. (A great deal of contraversy surrounds both raw milk's safety & pasturised milk's safety due to many reasons, and mostly because of the market value placed on its selling and mass consumption today)
This is not to say that you cannot get pathogens from other food products, its also said that how such foods, are handled makes all the difference in terms of contamination, food poisoning. (Example: Cows raised in much greener pasteurs as opposed to crowded, confined, harmfully toxic spaces. Being feed organic grass, rather then grains, corn, or soy derivatives)

Your liver needs to be maintained at a level of PH balance, because its responsible for the metabolizing of toxins, which help to rid the body of harmful substances producing urea or also known as urine.
- So be wise and eat food that lean more towards the Alkaline area, this can be done by juicing your greens with fruits that aren't acidic, but rather high in antioxidants. (Try all sorts of organically grown berries for the highest antioxidant, which as Alkaline as well.)
The reason lactic acid is dangerous to our system is because it adds to all the acids we already have currently in our system, by ingesting of many other harmful food products. The list of food products and their PH balance on the PH scale can demonstrate this very truth.
The human body cannot fight off the bad bacteria in your blood stream while in such a high acidic level of PH . In order for the immune system to create the effective antibodies to fight off foreign particles you'll need to fix that. Fighting off diseases such as cancer, diabetes all types, tuberculosis, bronchitis, and many more naturally occurring diseases is tough but doable. Ones body must have a PH balance, and a more alkaline consistency in order to do so.
The acceptable blood PH level in human beings is between approximately 7.365-7.45 on the PH scale according to wikipedia, meaning that if your blood's PH falls to far below that scale or rises to far above it, you're in for a rude awakening. As for it dropping below 7.365 into the acidic ranges, your body can be headed for potential exposure to fatal disease, or even sudden death.
This high level of acidity in the blood is also known as homeostatic imbalance. Many Americans are currently experiencing this daily by eating processed foods, eventually leading them to many health conditions, including that of cancer, diabetes, and many other immune system deficiencies. So if your blood's PH falls outside the acceptable ranges, vital proteins get denatured then digested, and death may also occur as well. (Free radical damage is what occurs from consuming harmful processed foods loaded with toxins, and especially after cooking them, frying them is the worst)
Cancer cells go dormant at a PH level of above 7.4, and they die at 8.5, hence your cells will thrive by increased oxygenation in your body from higher alkalinity in healthier foods. This doesn't mean you should go out, and drink alkaline solutions, or something. The body must maintain good PH balance, but the more health conscious you become, the less acidity levels you will ingest. You can test yourself, or go to a doctor to find out your bloods PH levels.

- This oxidation process occurs when we accept more acidic food, or substances, food rots or spoils, and by drinking waters that have positively charged ions also known as oxidizing agents or oxygen removers in them (dead water).
- We need to find negative water to drink in replace of regular tap water, or bottled water, so that the damaging effects of freeradical's can't occur any longer.
- Use of cow milk or other dairy products can only further damage us by adding more acidic levels, thus suffocating our chances to fight diseases which thrive in high acidic environments; even after trying to drink a great deal of water, we originally may have thought was neutralizing its harmful effects.
- Now add the issue of low or high sugar levels, and you have diabetes on approach, if not born with it as an infant due to hereditary conditions mostly due to mothers lack of knowledge about such things.

It looks like the Food and Drug Administrations, Department of agriculture, and even the medical and drug Pharmaceutical Industries, have all been behind a major cover-up, by allowing such harmful food products to cause injury, and bodily harm to us, by not informing us of such in all ways possible.
Yes there are labels, but no there isn't preventative measures in place, there's no medically documented cures for diseases such as cancer or diabetes, or methods in place to save people from the ignorance of over doing things, such as the mass consumption & over eating of these harmful processed foods that contain high levels of acid rather than alkaline.
Yes there's a food pyramid, but no it's definitely not accurate, because it appears to favor the consumption of processed food, dairy products, and grains without no indication that even white bread or wheat bread is also acidic in its chemical producing form.
Schools should be teaching us these things about health, because I surely didn't learn such things in school, as to what all our food products truly have in them, and the end resultant of such. We pretty much, just learned about what over eating in general does, the biology of our cells, human anatomy, basic metabolism of the human body, and we learned about ph balance but not how everyday processed food products, all have harmful acidic side effects in our stomach.
