Mini Muffin Pizza

My love of Pizza

You couldn't be human and NOT love pizza! So when I found this mini muffin pizza recipe on Pinterest I just had to try it out! I'm almost what you would call obsessed with Pinterest. So finding new and interesting recipes to try is like a kid in a candy store. So I'm gonna walk you through this very simple deep dish gooey wonder of pizza! Hold on tight and when they're done take a deep mouth watering bite!

How to get started

Here is what you are going to need in order to get started:

Pizza dough (it really doesn't matter if you use name brand or not. I used the walmart Great Value brand and it worked just fine for me. And depending on weather you use a 6 or 12 count tin will vary on how many rolls of pizza dough you will need. I had to use almost 2 rolls)

Pizza Sauce (again I used the cheap off brand)

Mini Pepperonis (1 small bag is fine)

Cupcake or muffin Tin ( I used a muffin tin so the pizzas were a little bit bigger)

Now the FUN part! The making!

First turn on that oven and preheat it to 425 degrees.

While the oven is heating up take your muffin or cupcake tin and spray it or grease it down with pam cooking spray or whatever it is you use to grease pans.

Get out your pizza dough and start forming it in your tin.

(See picture below)

When you have all your tin cups filled in with your pizza dough you are going to take and layer the rest of your ingredients on top.

First spoon in your pizza dough

Add your cheese

Top it off with the pepperonis

And into the oven it goes for about 15-20 minutes

This recipe really is that simple!

After about 20 minutes you will pull these bad boys out and feast until you can't feast anymore! The end product is amazing and it's really simple and takes almost no time at all to throw together! I hope you find this recipe as amazing as I did!

Enjoy your muffin pizzas!
