Mock Ice Cream Sandwiches

Keep a batch in the freezer

2 cups fat-free whippedcream

1/2 cup mini semisweet choco chips (or any flavor you like)

8 whole choco or plain graham crackers

In a bowl, combine whipped cream and chips. Break or cut apart the graham crackers in half.

spread whipped cream mixture over half of the crackers, top with the other half of crackers.

Wrap in plastic wrap and freeze for at least one hour.

1 sandwich = 180 calories...but are so good. :o) hugs

Good recipe...and 180 not tooooo terrible if one's not overdoing it all over the place in other ways. A salad with that icecreamcookie would be great...a 1,000 calorie Whopper with the goodie...not so good! Sounds delicious here in my 113 degree desert landscape!

Sounds like a good new recipe to try. 180 calories is so little and who can complain about that.
