"My Black Bean Chili"
Ingredients:
2 can black beans can sze- 15.2 or 16 .oz.
1 roll turkey sausage or ground beef or chuck
1/2 cup coasely cut onions
1/2 cup coarsely cut bell peppers
2 garlic cloves crushed
1 cup ketchup or tomatoe sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. blk. pepper
1 tsp.onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 Tbs. chili powder
2 tsp. cumin
1 14.5 can petite stewed tomatoes
1 tsp.sugar
1 pickled jalapena diced
1 cacun season
1 can water- use tomatoe can
Directions to prepare:
In a large pot , brown sausage or beef alone with onions, bell pepper, garlic cloves, salt, blk. pepper, cacun season. Add: beans, tomatoes, ketchup, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cumin, jalapena, sugar and can of water. Stir ingredients and let cook on medium fire for about 30 minutes, until thicken. turn off fire anf grab your bowl and crackers, it's time for some good eating.
