My Favourite Maggi Recipe
Bored of having maggi noodles of the same taste and recipe of 2 minutes maggi. I have a very simple and quite delicious recipe of maggi noodles. So try out this method of cooking maggi and feel the difference in taste. It will hardly take 15- 20 minutes.
1 Packet Maggi noodles
2 Onions chopped finely
1 green chilly finely chopped
1 tomato crushed
Cooking oil 2 spoons
A pinch of Cumin and corriander powder(optional)
Salt as per taste and a pinch of turmeric powder
How to cook
Boil the maggi noodles in water in a utensil for about 2 minutes till it gets softened. Drain the water from the noodles and keep it aside. Now put a pan on the stove. Heat the pan in medium flame and put 2 spoons of cooking oil in it. Heat the oil and add the cut onions and green chillies into it. Fry it for sometimes. Add a pinch of salt and turmeric powder into it. Now add the crushed tomato into it and add cumin and corriander powder along with the maggi taste maker. Fry for sometimes and then put the noddles into it. Stir and mix it properly and cook it for about 2 minutes. Your delicious and yummy maggi is now ready.
