My Recipe For A Healthy and Tasty Blueberry Smoothie in Under 3 minutes!
Pouring the Blueberry Smoothie into a nice tall glass!
Health Benefits and Prepation of a Healthy Blueberry Smoothie
I got my Living Well Healthmaster unit and have been making some great recipes, but mostly healthy soups and juices/smoothies.
In this hub, I show you how to make healthy blueberry smoothie in just 3 minutes. I have photos and a recipe to get you motivated in enjoying one of the healthiest concoctions on the planet.
Blueberries are full of vitamin C and antioxidants as are most berries, but since this is a smoothie, I included low fat milk for vitamin D and calcium.
Together, this combination of nutrients gives you stronger bones, better skin, a healthier heart, lower risk of certain cancers, and lower occurrence of the common cold.
Most of all, it has an excellent taste!
- 1 cup Ice
- 1 Cup Blueberries
- 1/2 Cup Low Fat Milk
- Put all the ingredients in a blender or like I use in my photos, a healthmaster unit or juice emulsifier appliance
- Run the Healthmaster for 1 minute on speed 8
