My own grilled cheese

Grilled cheese fast!

I sometimes like to snack on a grilled cheese,  especially when not wanting to go out of my way to make something.  It is very easy to do and takes very little preparation and materials.  The main ingredient is having a toaster oven.  The ingredients consist of :

your favorite wrap

Simply open a wrap.  I tend to use shredded cheese,  four Mexican cheese is one of my favorites.  Place a good amount of the shredded cheese on half of the wrap.  Make sure there is not too much cheese that it is going to fall out of the sides or run over the edge.  I usually give it a good inch of space from the edges.  Place in a toaster oven.  If it is done right then you don't need a tray or anything.  Take care to press the folded wrap together so that it does not open up while cooking.  Every few minutes you can press it.  The cheese eventually will be holding both sides of the wrap together.  Leave the toaster oven on and on toast mode until the cheese is melted through.  The wrap will become crispy when done.  When satisfied with your grilled cheese,  then remove it from the toaster oven.  Let it cool and then enjoy!  There is not any post cooking clean up either.

Give it a try and I hope that you enjoy it!

Ah, grilled cheese is the best. Now I need to dig my toaster over out of storage.

I would love it but I don't have a toaster oven. When making a cheese sandwich i put it in a frying pan with a little butter on the out sides and turn up the flame.
