A 20 Minute Recipe

Here's a quick original recipe for Noodles & Meatballs with a twist of fruits and vegetables. This meal will appall your guest. I wanted to create something naturally sweet and sour so I did it with fruits and vegetables. I was using what I had most of to make a meal so you can substitute the fruits and vegetables to your liking.

Here's what you'll need

  • 1 bag of egg noodles
  • half of cup chopped carrots
  • 1lb of ground beef
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 table spoon of chopped garlic
  • half of cup of Quaker oats
  • 2 chopped kiwis
  • 1 teaspoon of granulated pepper
  • 1 pack of sazon
  • teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 stick of butter


For preparation: Meatballs

In a big bowl: combine your 1lb of beef with the chopped onions, garlic, Quaker oats, 1 teaspoon of granulated pepper and a teaspoon of salt. Your can roll out about twenty five small meatballs with this recipe.

For Preparation: Noodles

Fill a medium size pot with water, some garlic salt (to you liking) with the Goya Sazon and sprinkle in some granulated pepper. Sit your noodles in the pot but do not turn on until the meatballs are at 15 minutes.

Cook: Meatballs


In a large saucepan place a 1/4 of stick of butter/ Place your meatballs in and make sure they are well situated apart from each other. Cook on medium heat for 15 minutes. These are not big meatballs so they don't need to be overcooked. Make sure the lid is on the pan.

Cook: Noodles


Bring your noodles to a boil until they are done. Place them in a strainer when done and bring back to skillet and add the chopped kiwis and carrots. Now add the salt and pepper.

The Finale

For the final meal just combine your noodles and meatballs and mix well for serving. The carrots and the kiwis work great adding sweet, tangy and sourness to the meal. The meatballs have a garlic and onion taste that work great with the fruits & vegetables. Enjoy the meal and tell your friends how you made this recipe.
