Just take chicken thighs which are a third of the cost of chicken breast and remove the bone from the chicken thigh and the skin. For Your Recipe You Will Need

1. 8 Boned Skinned Chicken Thighs and each cut in half.

2. 2 Cups Cornflakes Pureed Very Fine.

3. 3 Tablespoons Melted Margarine.
