Pan Fried Tilapia
I think most people don’t have much time to cook every day. There is no exceptions for me. Whenever I get a chance to, I enjoy it. It is relaxing for me to cook something I crave for. Today, I have a taste for fish. Here is an easy recipe for two.
2 pieces of Tilapia fillet
1 Lime (cut in half, slice half of the Lime for marinade)
½ teaspoon Lemon Pepper
a dash of Salt
a dash of Soy Sauce
a Tomato Rose for garnish
Marinade Tilapia with Lemon Pepper, salt, and sliced Lime for 15 minutes. Heat your pan with a tablespoon of oil, put in minced garlic. Put in Tilapia, fry for 5 minutes on each side. Sqeeze lime juice and add a dash of soy sauce on the fish. You have yourself a dish. Garnish it with a Tomato Rose. This is quick and healthy. Serve with white rice. I hope you enjoy that.
