Sounds delicious! We grill our wings over charcoal but this marinade is one we're going to have try soon.

What a great compliment WeNdY-They are super delectable. I make them a lot when we watch football over here and everyone goes nuts for them. I actually made them last Sunday and they were gone within the hour of the football game starting. I made a triple batch too. Have a great weekend:)

I love good wings... my dad made some on his visit here over the Thanksgiving weekend -- however his recipe is time consuming & requires nursing/detail. Your recipe sounds simple -- and less time consuming... I think I shall try it! :) Voted up & useful.

quick question - is the ginger freshly graded, or dried/powder? I'm guessing the latter bc you specify "fresh" garlic.

Warmest regards~

breathe2travel-I usually use ginger powder because it's on hand. You can use the real thing as I'm sure it would be awesome. I just keep it simple. So glad your gonna try it out. By the way, thanks a lot for voting up and useful:)
