2 TBS olive oil
1 med. onion - chopped
1/2 green bell pepper - sliced
1/2 red pepper - sliced
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2-3/4 cup salsa
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups dreamfields rotini cooked to instructions
Saute the chicken, onion and bell peppers in olive oil over med high heat until the chicken is golden brown and vegetables are tender. Then turn heat down to med and add your salsa and minced garlic and stir until hot. Next, serve the chicken & salsa over the cooked dreamfields rotini and top with grated cheddar cheese and sour cream if desired.
Check the label to ensure your salsa has the lowest possible carb count.
