Peanut Banana Cookies

Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Banana Cookies!
Ingredients:

2 cups ripe bananas, smashed

1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed

5 tablespoons almond milk

1 cup peanut butter

2 cup gluten-free flour

2 teaspoon baking soda
Preparation:

Add ripe bananas and milk to a food processor and pulse until smooth. Next add the peanut butter and brown sugar and repeat the process.

Add the flour and baking soda last and pulse to achieve a smooth cookie dough.

Drop from a teaspoon onto a cookie sheet, lined with tin foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
