Peanut Banana Cookies
Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Banana Cookies!
- Add ripe bananas and milk to a food processor and pulse until smooth. Next add the peanut butter and brown sugar and repeat the process.
- Add the flour and baking soda last and pulse to achieve a smooth cookie dough.
- Drop from a teaspoon onto a cookie sheet, lined with tin foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
