Max vs True

Pepsi Max: twice the high zero calories, zero sugar....Hm I wonder what's better? Pepsi max, diet Pepsi or the original Pepsi? Well, let's find out.Lets see...Pepsi: 100 Calories, diet Pepsi and diet Pepsi max: zero calories. Seems good so far. Original Pepsi has 25 milligrams of caffeine per 8 fluid ounces, Pepsi max has 46 milligrams of caffeine per 8 oz and diet Pepsi has 24. According to studies, 300 mg of caffeine taken in the human body causes no problem. At 600 mg, caffeine can cause nervousness, sweating, tenseness, upset stomach, anxiety , and insomnia. There is 12 fluid ounces in one can of Pepsi so if you do the calculation, Pepsi max has 69 mg of caffeine per can and you would have to drink 8.7 cans of Pepsi max do do some kind of harm to your body. When you think about it, it's not that much! At least it's better than a red bull.

In the end, it's better to just stick to diet coke and avoid as best as possible normal Pepsi and Pepsi max. Aspartame has no considerable proven effects on the body, it just tastes a little weirder but i guess it's an acquired taste,

Is it better to go for full fat pepsi even though higher in sugar, than risk the effects of aspartame?

What if you don't like Diet Coke?

Not the end of the world..I drink soft drinks at least once a week and I'm in great shape...and I don't like diet so I drink normal soft drinks and honestly, you would have to ingest a copious amount of aspartame to be sure to get a negative effect. Everything in moderation is the key.
